School fees must be deposited before the 15th of every month between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
The fee counter will close promptly at 2:00 PM; no payments will be accepted thereafter.
A late fee of ?5 per day will be charged for payments made after the due date.
Students whose parents have outstanding fee balances will not be permitted to appear for any school examinations until all dues are cleared.
All fee payments can be made directly at the school office or online through the School App’s secure payment gateway.
Online payments provide instant confirmation and immediate generation of fee receipts, accessible directly in the School App.
No cash payments should be given to any individual outside the office. The school will not be responsible for any loss in such cases.
Annual tuition fees for 12 months must be paid in 10 installments.
Fees for July & August and February & March must be paid in advance, before 15th July and 15th February, respectively.
All dues for the academic session must be cleared by 15th February.
Each student is issued a Fee Card at the beginning of the session for recording fee payments.
In case of loss, a new Fee Card will be issued on payment of ?50.
Parents must preserve all fee receipts and fee cards as proof of payment. No duplicate fee receipts will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-payment of fees for more than one month will result in the student being debarred from tests and examinations.
If outstanding dues exceed two months, the student’s name will be struck off the school roll.
